Purechem Manufacturing Limited (an ISO 9001:2000 series company) and Purechem Industries Limited are part of the well known Enpee Group which first started trading in essential products & commodities in Nigeria since 1960. Soon after, the Group entered into many manufacturing ventures which included the production of polyester fibre, spinning of yarn, textiles, plastics, metal packaging, flexible packaging, cement and chemicals.

The Enpee Group has also set up manufacturing units in Asia (India & UAE) for flexible packaging, cylinder engraving & film surface treatments and is actively exporting printed laminated packaging to various destinations in Africa, Asia, Europe and USA.

Purechem Profile

Purechem started operations in 1989 with the manufacturing of textile auxiliary chemicals & consumer adhesives under license from Henkel of Germany. Since that time, Purechem has come a long way and now has many well known adhesive brands in Nigeria such as TOP BOND, TOPGIT, TOPGUM, TOPFIX, TOP GROUT and PURECHEM CEMENT. These brands are mainly used by consumers, carpenters, plumbers, masons, tilers and construction companies in Nigeria and neighboring West African countries.

At Purechem, we took a giant leap in 2001 to backward integrate by investing in the setting up of the first privately owned cement plant in Nigeria. This investment also includes the quarrying of limestone & clay. Since early 2005, cement production began and is now a core input into many of our manufactured products. This diversification has given the company a competitive edge in terms of cost advantage and consistency in quality of cement based products which are manufactured in-house.

Purechem locally produces, as well as imports, Fosroc’s range of construction chemicals in Nigeria. Our company has invested in training our employees, both local & expatriate, who offer technical on-site support to our many customers.

Purechem also stocks and distributes hot melt adhesives produced by Jowat of Germany & Tex Year of Taiwan.
